Month-to-Month Memberships

(You Already Fulfilled Your 1 Year Term Membership.)

Requires a 30-day notice for cancellation.

The 30-day notice period begins only after the online cancellation form is completed and submitted.

Term Memberships

(You Are Still Within Your 1 Year Period Of Your Membership.)

Requires a $59 cancellation fee.

Members choosing to delete auto-renewal are still responsible for remaining term payments.

How to Cancel Your Membership

  1. Go to MEMBER PORTAL
  2. If you don’t already have an account, you will need to register. Please click retrieve your 10-digit agreement number. If you have any further questions please contact us for your 10-digit agreement number.
  3. Once logged in:
      • Click on “My Agreement Info”.
      • Select “Request Cancel” (or “Delete Renewal”).
      • Fill out and submit the cancellation form.

Important Notes

  • You are responsible for any payments due during the 30-day notice period.
  • The notice period does not start until the online cancellation form is submitted.
  • If you have an email address on file, you will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request is submitted.
