BODYATTACK™

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

BODYCOMBAT™

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

BODYBALANCE®

BODYBALANCE is ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body, and your life. During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

BODYPUMP™

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout

LES MILLS GRIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and build lean muscle. With 3 different formats, Strength, Cardio, and Athletic, LES MILLS GRIT takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

RPM™

RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session*. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding. In an RPM workout, you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. Hot Yoga

Hot Flow

A style of Vinyasa Hot Yoga where postures are linked together in sequence so that you move seamlessly from one into another, and synchronize the movement with breath. Postures are held for 3-5 breaths on average, creating a medium pace for the class. This is a good style for those seeking to improve balance, strength and flexibility.

A style of Ashtanga Hot Yoga which emphasizes strength, stamina, and flexibility through a challenging sequence of poses. This class features a continuous flow of postures designed to build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, and increase overall endurance.

A style of blended Hot Yoga which aims to develop muscular strength and endurance through a series of postures and movements, while simultaneously focusing on improving flexibility and range of motion. Hot Foundations

A style of introductory Hot Yoga conducted that focuses on introducing and mastering the fundamental principles of yoga. This slow paced class emphasizes basic postures, proper alignment, and foundational breathing techniques, all while adapting to the heat. The goal is to build a strong base of yoga practice, increase comfort and confidence in the poses, and empower participants to feel comfortable in other yoga classes.

Buti

A style of Buti in which participants engage in a variety of movements that blend yoga postures with rhythmic, dance-inspired sequences, often accompanied by upbeat music. The practice emphasizes core strength, endurance, and flexibility, with a strong focus on freeing emotional and physical tension through dynamic movement and breath work. The goal is to create a powerful, expressive workout that fosters both physical fitness and emotional release. This class is not heated.
