LES MILLS AND GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
BODYFLOW is ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body, and your life. During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.
COACH BY COLORS
A simple and fun group cycling class that connects riders to their workout, the instructor and their friends to maximize their training experience. It is a power-based program that combines accurate zonal training with stimulating color to help cyclists reach max effort during the workout to achieve results faster.
Based on the style devised by Bikram Choudhury, our hot yoga classes are held in a climate controlled room designed to increase an individual’s flexibility in the poses. Our rooms reach 98-100 degrees. Please check with your physician before engaging in this style of workout.
LES MILLS GRIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and build lean muscle. With 3 different formats, Strength, Cardio, and Athletic, LES MILLS GRIT takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session*. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding. In an RPM workout, you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!
LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results. The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.

Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been designed to match every move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In each class, you’ll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Exercise for your mind, body and soul. Experience a flowing style linking flowing movement with breath. Special attention is paid to easing into postures, finding proper alignment, and using minimal effort to allow muscle and joint release while holding a pose.
p3 Seniors Move and Tone
Move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to promote better activity for daily living skills through increased strength, range of movement, balance and flexibility. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and small balls are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.
p3 Seniors Cardio Strength
This low-impact class has no floor work and is appropriate for all fitness levels. Cardio Strength includes easy-to-learn aerobic movement to increase cardiovascular endurance and burn calories, full body strength training with dumbbells and resistance bands to strengthen muscles, stretching to keep muscles flexible, and dynamic balance exercises for fall prevention and peace of mind. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.
